On June 27th, some of our staff will be attending a special Air Elite training presented by The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center in Denver, CO. This dynamic and interactive presentation will examine the key processes, core values and philosophy which lead to Ritz-Carltons legendary service and unmatched success in customer satisfaction. As an Air Elite FBO, we strive for exceptional customer service. In hopes to achieve that goal, we are willing to send our team members to the highest level of training necessary.
